Have you seen this girl?
Cedrika Provencher disappeared near her Trois-Rivieres home more than a week ago. While news coverage has been extensive, this is summer and not everyone may have been watching tv or catching up with the news.
At least three other children in her neighborhood have reported that a man had been asking them for help in finding his dog.
