		<description>I&#039;m pretty sure they have to give 12hrs notice. Of course THEY NEVER DO. You could challenge your ticket.. but of course it would cost more in lost wages then what you&#039;d get back from the ticket..

   See if you can find a pattern for which side of the street they do first. Generally, they do the east side first. So when I see a snowstorm coming, I scoot the car over..
