		<description>I&#039;ve gotten into the habit of using the French spellings for places.  I guess I figured it would make it easier to learn the language and it seems French is the default language for place names in general.

As for neighbor over neighbour.  Where I grew up it seemed pretentious to use the British/French spellings as opposed to the red-blooded American spellings.  I&#039;m not sure if I&#039;ll make that transition.  Though I do write theatre instead of theater.
