Recently I had one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. The restaurant, Bundy’s, is located on the North Shore (details right here ^[1]) but you might be able to get them to deliver if you’re in the Cartierville or even St Laurent area; several Laval restaurants will do that.

The flyer showed up in the mail two weeks ago, and I was immediately intrigued by the “Tex Mex Pizza”. I finally got to order it, and I have to tell you, I was mocked by my husband and friends because I couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Instead of pizza sauce, they use salsa. Then they top it with mushrooms, onions, peppers, grilled chicken, black olives, and mozarella cheese. As a final touch, they dump a heaping mound of sour cream right in the middle of it. I must confess – I am a total sucker for anything that comes with sour cream.

It was delicious. The only other pizza that ever made my eyes roll back in my head like that was an escargot pizza that I had downtown years ago. I can’t even remember the name of the restaurant, only that it was located next door to the Hard Rock Cafe on Crescent.
