Hautes-Études Commerciales (HEC Montréal)

Perhaps like many Montrealers, I was not aware of the prestige surrounding HEC Montréal. It’s one of the stronger MBA Schools on the world scene.

It recently was listed among the top 10 non-US schools in 2006 by BusinessWeek. Just two days prior, it was one of the top 100 MBA schools on a world scale as listed by the Economist.

It’s a truly international school with courses in English, French and Spanish. In a world where globalization is the reality, HEC prepares its graduates well to be successful in the real world.

It’s now counting down to its 100th anniversary on March 14, 2007. There are exciting times ahead.

I think it is strange that classrooms in the Côte-Ste-Cath building are not numbered like usual but all have the names of sponsors… Jean Coutu to Metro Inc… Just weird.
