Half of the time, the behavior of cyclists is a cause of the accident. The discussion about how the city is designed for bikes have already been discussed many time here. Unfortunately, discussing about it doesn't change many things and can't prevent a person to die like this (and a driver to feel guilty for life). Everyday I try to be more careful when biking and this kind of even reminds me that I have to be even more careful.
