		<description>If I recall correctly, there was a bench there too, for a while. Once the bench was taken away, voilà Stumpy!

That little pipe will be a nightmare come snowfall when the snow will be just at the right hight to hide it ever so neatly. And I can picture those sidewalk snowplows stopping dead in their tracks when they hit it.</description>
