This evening Alex and I went to a 5-7 event at Les Eclusiers (my favorite outdoor bar) for the Montreal Film Group. We were in the upstairs room, which has a great bird’s-eye view of the Old Port’s International Flora show (it looks much more interesting from above than it does from the entrance).

The Writers Guild of Canada was also out in force at the event. WGC membership is based on professional credits, but the Montreal FIlm Group is open to anyone with a sincere interest in film. For information, contact montrealfilmgroup@gmail.com.
