• You can bring food or not,
• You come when you want and leave when you feel like it,
• You can bring games (soccer balls, freesbees, dogs, children,
  etc) or not,
• You can come naked or dressed,
• In other words, you decide!

Exact location : here (45.526284 North, 73.571148 West), grassy zone, East of the pond, South of the little view-point overhanging the pond.

To go there : Rachel street along the parc. When you reach Calixa-Lavallé, follow the pedestrian alley heading to the lake. Then you reach the small view point, the YulBlog Picnic spot is on your left.

The weather reports are still confusing as hell. Some expect a gorgeous afternoon while others expect some rain. It will all depend on the speed of a cold front that should cross Southern Quebec later today and during the night. The backup plan is to go to La Quincaillerie. We certainly could do a lot worse for one of the last Saturday afternoon of the summer.
