Save your bus pass

Outgames.jpg

Don’t forget to save your bus pass. That’s because starting July 1st of this year, a portion of the fee can be deducted from your income. Neat huh?

I always used to give my old bus passes to kids to save or play with (or throw away the first time I’m not looking) but now I’ll keep them in the drawer with the other important “to save” stuff.

Do you mean ‘income tax’? And what percentage is the portion, i wonder?

I’m saving the receipts too just in case!
This is one of the good points of the Conservative budget. Would have to check the exact details of the budget again to see what percentage of an income tax break we get.
