Have You Ever…. in Montreal?
There is a meme going around asking whether you have ever done 150 different activities. Rachel at babayaga pointed out that the list has a bit of an American slant. So I came up with the idea of creating an exclusively Canadian list. I am asking for suggestions on my blog.
But given that this is the first Wednesday of the month, I thought it would be fun to compile a Montreal list. Maybe it could be the question at Quincaillerie this evening. What would you add to the list? We could start with a goal of 50 unless there is another number of significance like 67. What activity do you feel is quinessentially Montrealais or is something off-the-beaten-path unique to this city?

This is probably the wrong place for this comment. But it is related to Montreal. Have you checked the Montreal Gazette’s frontpage today? http://www.canada.com/montrealgazette/index.html The main headline is “Solem March”. Solem or Solemn? How embarrassing! I would expect their proofers to do a better job.
I always recommend a ride on the Saute Moutons. (jetboatingmontreal.com) Montreal’s best thrill ride. (Especially during a heat wave like this!)
