That would be the new kiosque at Metro Sherbrooke, finally revealed after months of being shrouded. As it’s spring, let’s call it a caterpillar to butterfly transformation.

Another waste of money by STM. Like the moving of the bar one foot closer to the entrance at the tourniquets. Did anyone notice that one? Doesn’t it remind you of Chung’s renovation of the basemet in the That 70’s show – “We moved everything in your basement 3 inches to the left”.

There’s just too much wrong stuff going on about STM. Like this thing I found out recently – did you know that in order to become a bus driver, among other things, you pass a sort of an IQ test and if your mark is too high they don’t let you in. Apparently if you’re TOO intellectual you won’t be apt to do the job… no wonder our drivers are arrogant and dumb (most of them at least).

Fot those new kiosques and the changes they made with the tourniquets, I still wonder if there’s something else. I heard one year ago that they were planning a change for the tickets/cards (eventually contactless month passes) + allow debit/credit card payments (instead of cash…) If those changes allow this, then it’s a good move. If it’s just to have a nive kiosque, more confortable for STM people it’s just money thrown out of the window !
