Tempest in a teapot?

Now that the Climate Change Conference has finished and we can write about other things, I noticed this entry at YULBLog.

Patrick is asking if businesses should be allowed to be listed on YULblog. I run a business that is listed on YULBlog, without going through the entire list of Montreal bloggers, I am fairly certain that of the gazillion blogs listed there are a significant number that are businesses. I also know that there are some significant blogs that are not listed on YULBLog.

Basically, my point is that I am very happy and quite pleased that YULBlog is inclusive and open to anybody and everybody there are no hoops or forms or fees to fill out or pay, I don’t want to see this changed.

However, feel free to disagree with me, but speak up, thanks.

PS – I get a real big kick out of trackbacking this entry onto YULBlog. tee-hee.

I didn’t know about “Reading Montreal”, looks interesting. Reminder: only blogs who “ask for it” are listed on Yulblog. Initially because some people didn’t want the visibility, that point is now moot thx to Google but there are so many blogs that I never got around to listing everything I see, I still go by who asks to be listed.
