Wind.
10 degrees Celcius with a 30km/h wind and 10 C without the wind is a huge difference.
With the wind, I feel like I have to wear my ski suit and without the wind, it feels like I could wear shorts pants and a t-shirt.
Saturday, someone asked me “You’re not wearing your winter coat yet?” and I replied “If I were, what am I supposed to be wearing in winter?”

I work late on Monday evenings. At 00h (on Tuesday actually!! :P) when I finished work downtown as I walked towards the metro it was surreal the fog mixed with the urban lighting! So pretty…!
