According to the Toronto Star, ex-blonde bimbo / sexual predator Karla Homolka is no longer planning to move to NDG after her release from prison in July. It appears that keeping prices artificially high is indeed an effective tool in preventing the riffraff from moving next door.

It is rumored that she now wears shoulder-length dark hair and that she has shown absolutely no signs of remorse.

I am also sad to conclude that Karla does not read the Montreal Metroblog. How else could she miss Sid’s generous offer of his 6 1/2 large victorian apartment.

Hopefully she will change her mind. The threat of sub-lending your apartment to the country’s most famous ex-con is probably an effective tool for tenant-landlord negotiations.
