More cash from the Feds

Ottawa has just announced the release of $385 millions for infrastructure work in Montreal. Two of the city’s water treatment plants will be upgraded to the tune of $235 millions while the rest of the money will go into a much-needed upgrade of the Dorval interchange.

The environmental statement on the interchange upgrade makes for very interesting reading but don’t try to open their web page in Safari.

I just hope that they will soon be looking at Cavendish avenue, anything to keep me away from the Decarie Circle.
