It’s not unusual for the weather to be the way it is during Spring. This is a smack down out of the blue. It occurs every year. Nature lets people enjoy a week or so of great weather and the rain comes as it did yesterday. Nature likes to play tricks in Montreal. The following morning people wake up to a beautiful sun, but they step outside. BAM! The cold breeze hits then them like a dog.
It’s all quite usual.
