Cyberpresse is reporting that the government has reached an agreement with two of the biggest student associations, the FEUQ and the FECQ. Details are expected to be released on Monday. A new player in the negotiations is the federal government who is currently refusing to pay Quebec about $70 millions from the Millenium Scholarship program since they consider last year’s $103 millions cut to be a breach of contract.
